Jungheinrich offers a broad range of forklift trucks and warehouse technology equipment. The Jungheinrich forklift range includes hand pallet trucks (Ameise), electric pallet trucks with load capacities of up to 3.5 t and pallet stackers with load capacities of up to 2 t, available as pedestrian or ride-on trucks (stand-on or sit-on stackers). The range also includes electric 3-wheel forklift trucks and 4-wheel forklift trucks, diesel forklift trucks, gas forklift trucks, order pickers and high rack trucks.

In addition to forklift trucks, Jungheinrich also produces tow tractors, trailers, shuttle carriers and autonomous industrial trucks. Another business area of Jungheinrich AG is the development of racking systems and warehouse equipment for individual, automated logistics solutions.
Jungheinrich AG, headquartered in Hamburg, is one of the three largest companies in the world for material flow, logistics and warehouse technology and remains largely owned by the founding families. The history of Jungheinrich began in 1908; the first sack trucks and pallet trucks were built at the end of the 1940s. This was also when the “Ameise”, a Jungheinrich protected trademark, was created and became established in Germany as a synonym for hand pallet trucks. In the 1950s, the product range was expanded with tow tractors, stand-on stackers and reach trucks. In the 1980s, development began on autonomous, driverless transport systems. In the 1990s, Jungheinrich took over the Boss brand from Great Britain and Steinbock from Bavaria. In 2002, these brands were discontinued and all vehicles have since been sold under the leading Jungheinrich brand name.
