Used 4-way sideloaders are used, much like sideloaders, for transporting pipes, boards or slats. These trucks are therefore often found in the timber, steel and plastics industries.
The special feature of 4-way sideloaders is that their wheels can be turned by 90 degrees, allowing the truck to travel practically in all directions and also turn on the spot. They are ideal for manoeuvring in narrow aisles.
4-way sideloaders are equipped with a platform with the forks positioned in the centre. Depending on the application, electric, diesel or gas drives are possible.
