Battery Discharge Indicator
The Battery Discharge Indicator is a fuel gauge for electric vehicles.
The unit is integrated within the vehicle electronics and displays the batteries charge.
The display normally shows in digital or analog fashion the percentage of charge remaining in the
battery.This gauge should be used as a tool in order to prevent the battery from
discharging more than 80%. Lower voltage and higher current normally lead to premature
electronic component failure.
