Twin Wheels

Two wheels arranged next to each other and mounted on a rigid front axle of industrial trucks. Tyre types for twin wheels are usually pneumatic tyres and super cushion tyres. Twin wheels reduce the tyre pressure by enlarging the tyre tread area. They are primarily used outdoors and/or when transporting heavy loads such as, for example, coils. When changing tyres (tyre change) both wheels must be replaced. Twin wheels increase the width of a lift truck.
