Transition Bend
Transition from a gradient to a horizontal stretch and vice versa as well as the transition from one gradient to another. For industrial trucks, application-specific checks of the projecting length and the ground clearance must be made to exclude the truck bottom bumping onto the travelway. While for fork lift trucks the ground clearance is a fixed value, the wheel-arm lift of high rack lift trucks allows the adaptation of the ground clearance to the respective transition bend.
