Pallet trucks, platform trucks, horizontal order picker trucks, etc., which the operator steers, operates, and if no battery-electric drive is present also pulls by means of the tiller control arm, e.g. manual pallet trucks. The operating elements are located in the tiller control arm head. The travel speed is adjusted by finger pressure. For resistive switch circuits, control is effected via different travelling ranges and for pulse control it is continuous. Tiller Arm Controlled trucks can be used in pedestrian controlled operation and also in driver operation.
