Fuel gas
Fuel Gas
Liquefied gas for driving industrial trucks with combustion engine. Fuel gas, also called liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), is a mixture of propane, butane, and other carbon hydroxides with low boiling point, which is carried in steel bottles under low pressure. In order to achieve perfect combustion of the fuel the engine must be driven with a high amount of excess air. Only when the gas-air mixture has been carefully adjusted a low carbon monoxide contents of the exhaust fumes complying with the MAK-values can be achieved. Exhaust gas tests must be carried out by specialists in regular intervals.
