Emission control
Emission Control
Precautions against environmental damage through emission. Emission control in accordance with public law is regulated by the Federal Emission Control Act and its regulations as well as by technical directives such as TD Noise and TD Air. These directives define emission limit values for the emission of hazardous substances for all devices requiring approval, such as e.g. combustion-engine drives of industrial trucks. They contain information about maximum workplace concentration of hazardous substances in the air volume, the MAK values, or the permissible sound level of industrial trucks. The emission limit values are constantly updated.
