Also called Product "service" comprises all optional and supplemental services a vendor offers before and after selling his products. This includes the pre-sales service before the purchase, such as, for example, vendor consulting and financing support in the form of leasing, instalment payment and hire purchase as well as trade-in of used industrial trucks.
