Clutch coupling
Clutch Coupling
Assembly group for the transferral of power and torque between engine and transmission gear, in order to be able to actuate the gear shifting of the transmission gear. In combustion-engine industrial trucks switchable coupling clutches are used, where the transferral of forces between the assemblies to be coupled is effected by friction. Because of frequent directional changes in lift trucks mostly hydrostatic, electrostatic, or hydrodynamic clutches are used.
