Battery Concept

Battery and mains network are available as energy sources for electrically driven industrial trucks. The battery concept defines how the required equalising charges of the batteries are to be executed. The selection of the battery concept depends on battery system, usage time, degree of automation, and operating conditions. Battery concepts comprise the operation with exchangeable batteries and the charging operation. These two principal battery concepts are frequently called charge type.
